Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM until shift completion

Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to support one of our key clients in daily operations. This position plays a critical role in staffing coordination, employee performance, and safety standards—and works hands-on with the team to keep production running smoothly.
Language Requirement: Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and/or Haitian Creole to ensure clear communication with a diverse workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in English and either Spanish and/or Haitian Creole (required)
  • Must have recent experience in production environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in supervision, or production operations is a plus
  • Commitment to respect, fairness, and confidentiality
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From $19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staffing levels and coordinate with branch office
  • Work directly on the production floor to guide and support employees
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and shift coverage
  • Enforce GMP, PPE, and workplace safety standards
  • Train new hires and retrain existing employees as needed
  • Handle performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist HR with incident reports, investigations, and documentation
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with client leadership and internal teams
  • Complete end-of-shift checklists and daily reporting
