✔ Experience: 2+ years in operations, team leadership, recruiting, or related field
✔ Leadership
Skills: Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ People-Focused: Natural ability to connect with and inspire others
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
✔Technology: Proficient with computer programs and willing to learn new systems
✔ Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
✔ Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
