Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $20.77 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week, moving to 4 days in Nov
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting a new program that is launching – rewards program
• Some vendor communication is required (written)
• Working with client accounts – banking experience would be ideal
• Some reporting involved – excel
• Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual (French)
• Willingness to learn
• Be able to take on tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Excel experience - using this a lot
• Accounting/bookkeeping background – understanding the terminology
