POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient primary care practice serving adult patients ages 17 and older • Average patient population age range of 45-50 years old • See approximately 20-25 patients per day • Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative services • Administrative work may be completed remotely from home • Opportunity to utilize procedural skills including joint injections, minor procedures, and urgent care techniques • Established and financially stable primary care organization SCHEDULE • Four-Day Work Week • Maximum 35 Patient-Facing Hours Weekly • Minimum 5 Administrative Hours Weekly • Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM • One Full Saturday Per Month (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) • Potential for Two Additional Short Saturdays Per Month (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) • On-Call Rotation Approximately Every 12 Weeks • Phone Calls Only for Urgent Clinical Issues COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 • Annual Profit Sharing: $15,000 - $20,000 • Medical Insurance (Employer Pays 85%) • Dental Insurance (Employer Pays 85%) • Vision Insurance (Employer Pays 85%) • 401(k) with 4% Employer Match • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $350 Monthly • 15 PTO Days • One Full Week Off Annually at Year End • CME: 5 Days Plus $1,500 Annual Allowance • DEA Renewal Covered • License Renewal Coverage • Short-Term Disability Coverage • Long-Term Disability Coverage • Relocation Assistance Available Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity. Requirements • Active North Carolina Physician Assistant License REQUIRED • Fluent Spanish REQUIRED • Minimum 1 Year of Physician Assistant Experience REQUIRED Preferred: • Adult primary care experience • Joint injection experience • Toenail removal experience • Minor surgery experience • Urgent care procedure experience • Incision and drainage experience Ideal Candidate: • Comfortable in a high-volume outpatient environment • Strong Spanish-speaking communication skills • Enjoys serving diverse patient populations • Comfortable working independently
