Women's Imaging Specialists is hiring a full-time Bilingual Patient Appointment Coordinator for our Cumming, GA, Scheduling Department. FREE of weekends, nights, or holidays • Work/Life balance is real - Beautiful Cumming center designed for patients and staff • Benefits start day 61: Medical, dental, vision + PTO | 401k match up to 4% after 6 months • Make an impact - You’re the first step in early detection. 40-50 patients per day count on you What you’ll do: • Handle high-volume inbound calls - Answer 40-50 calls/day from patients with empathy, verify info, and schedule all routine + diagnostic imaging exams • Own accurate data entry - Schedule in Infinitt + Doctor Connect, update insurance, notate special instructions, and document every call in the patient chart • Coordinate across 18+ sites - Understand custom scheduling requirements for each location and match patients to the right center • Support Spanish-speaking patients - Check Spanish voicemail, return calls, and translate for Billing when needed • Maintain patient flow - Call Worklist/Reschedule/No-Show patients during downtime to keep sites full and reduce delays in care • Train new team members - Have new schedulers shadow you for 1-2 days, then switch roles as they learn What you bring: • Required: Fluent in English + 1 other language (Spanish strongly preferred; Portuguese or Hindi a plus) • Required: Exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine love of people • Required: Detail-oriented with excellent data entry, typing, and ability to follow step-by-step protocols • Required: Proven attendance/punctuality + ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams + willingness to learn Infinitt EMR • Required: Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent, or High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience in a physician’s office or call center • Preferred: Radiology/medical terminology, prior scheduling software, HIPAA knowledge Job Details Type: Full-time, in person Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime shifts | No weekends/holidays/on-call Location: Cumming, GA Women's Imaging Specialists is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
