Responsibilities

SOME TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Open and maintain patient accounts by recording information
  • Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM/Medical record system
  • Communicate with patients, clinics, and other facilities to provide status and progress of referrals using proprietary virtual systems
  • Updating patient information as required
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as well as reporting required changes
  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes and collaborates with the team to accomplish related tasks
  • Forward and escalate inquiries to the relevant managers, colleagues and/ or departments
