Cooper & Mack Payroll Recruiting is looking for a Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator to join a team in the Mississauga area. You’ll be joining an HR / Payroll team of about 3-4 people.
The best fit for this role is going to be someone who has drive and initiative. So, if you’re the type of person that likes to leave the office immediately at 5pm or you start to get antsy at 5:07pm this won’t be the culture fit for you.
Title: Bilingual Payroll & HR Admin
Salary: 65K - 80K (based on exp - if you’ve been in a stand-alone role, with Quebec processing and done an implementation you’ll be at the top end)
Payroll: 600+ employees across multiple provinces including Quebec.
Software: ADP (ideally you’ve also been through an implementation to ADP in the past)
Location: Mississauga area (2-3 day in office Hybrid) there is more flexibility after 3 months.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
