POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient behavioral health opportunity focused on perinatal and psychosocial support services • Join a multidisciplinary care team serving diverse patient populations within a mission-driven clinical environment • Provide assessments, treatment planning, crisis support, patient advocacy, and care coordination services • Opportunity to make a direct impact on maternal health, family stability, and long-term patient outcomes WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Competitive compensation up to approximately $114,000 annually • Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends • NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Downtown Los Angeles location with strong organizational growth potential • Stable outpatient setting with collaborative clinical support • Meaningful mission-focused work supporting underserved communities SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday schedule • No night or weekend call responsibilities • Outpatient behavioral health and psychosocial support setting • Team-based integrated care environment CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct psychosocial assessments and patient intake evaluations • Develop individualized and group-based treatment plans • Coordinate patient resources involving medical, financial, behavioral, and social support needs • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams • Provide patient education, consultation, and crisis intervention support • Maintain quality assurance standards and confidentiality compliance • Support overall patient wellness and continuity of care initiatives COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Compensation equivalent to approximately $50–$55/hour based on experience • Medical malpractice coverage provided • Federal and state student loan repayment eligibility • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • PTO, vacation, sick time, and paid holidays • CME allowance plus paid CME time • 403(b) retirement plan • Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Requirements • Active California LCSW license REQUIRED • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED — must independently conduct full assessments without interpreter support • Minimum 1 year of perinatal experience REQUIRED • Strong psychosocial assessment and treatment planning skills REQUIRED • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams preferred • Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care REQUIRED Not ready to formally apply?
