SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in online advertising and digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset focused on performance optimization.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Candidates must be based in Dubai and work on-site.

- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Targeting & Strategy: Implement audience segmentation and keyword research to ensure ads reach the right demographic.
- Budget Management: Monitor and adjust ad spend to optimize ROI while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, visuals, bidding strategies, and landing pages for improved conversion rates and reduced cost-per-click (CPC).
- Market Research: Stay current on digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to boost performance.
- Reporting: Provide stakeholders with regular performance reports and actionable insights.
