Description Not just another attorney role ---- a key role at a top tier award winning personal injury law firm What does it look like: High volume personal injury caseload in a fast pace environment Build strong attorney-client relationships Evaluate liability and damages to develop winning case strategies Assertively guide clients through medical treatment and case progression Communicate/collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, providers, and insurance adjusters Strategically manage and resolve claims before they reach the courtroom Partner with litigation team for cases needing transition?
