JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Safety Coordinator to oversee and enhance safety protocols on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing risks associated with construction activities. This role requires strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) standards, OSHA regulations, and effective risk management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a construction safety management role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC (National Electrical Code), and EHS standards. Including OSHA 30, OSHA 500
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies specific to the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate employees on safety practices.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software for reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in compliance management processes.
  • Relevant certifications in Occupational Health or Safety Management are preferred.
