Description
Join a luxury private vessel cruising the Mediterranean. Offer elite 1:1 care to a VIP client. Earn a tax-free £60k salary with free accommodation. Discover a unique clinical path where high-end private healthcare meets an extraordinary seafaring itinerary. Medical Staff Talent is managing the selection for a permanent nursing assignment focused on providing exclusive, one-on-one healthcare to an 80-year-old VIP patient. This high-profile role is based entirely aboard an exceptional private vessel navigating the European coast's most sought-after destinations, including Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, the Côte d’Azur, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve. Your daily focus will center on enriching the client’s physical wellness through structured medical coordination, overseeing medication routines, and tracking chronic health metrics. To ensure seamless clinical safety alongside personal downtime, the onboard schedule utilizes a dual-practitioner system where two nursing professionals share shifts and remain on duty concurrently. The maritime medical framework is directed by a Western Trained Lead Doctor and supported by expert Western Trained Physiotherapists, establishing a prestigious clinical environment at sea. Requirements Candidates must hold a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) awarded by an accredited Western university. You are required to have a minimum of 4 years of recent, continuous clinical experience within acute hospital environments, specifically emergency departments, intensive care, or high-dependency units. Because communication is critical to this role, total professional fluency in both English and Arabic is a non-negotiable prerequisite. Finally, you must maintain absolute readiness for international travel and long-term deployment at sea. Benefits Financials: £60,000 GBP per annum, fully tax-free. Onboard Living: Complimentary private cabin provided on the yacht, removing all personal accommodation expenses. Time Off: 30 calendar days of fully paid annual holiday leave. Transit: 100% corporate coverage for all work-related international flights and transit. Selection: Recruitment stages and interviews are administered completely via video call.
