Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate intensively with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Manage project timelines, prioritize features, and navigate trade-offs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. Communicate product updates, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Acquiring Solutions & Merchant Enablement: Expanding our acquiring capabilities and enabling new payment acceptance methods. Risk Management & Compliance: Implementing and enhancing fraud detection and management systems, ensuring compliance with critical regulations. Operational Efficiency & Automation: Identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes through automation. Demonstrated success in launching and iterating on complex products in a fast-paced environment. Experience working closely with engineering teams and familiarity with agile development methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Business level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
