Au nom de notre client du secteur public, nous recherchons un Administrateur de projet bilingue. Il s’agit d’un contrat de 3 ans avec une possibilité d’extension de 2 ans supplémentaires. Poste sur site à Gatineau. Un niveau de sécurité de secret est requis.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

QETE fournit une large gamme de services d’évaluation et d’investigation basés sur la technologie au client, ainsi qu’à d’autres ministères du gouvernement du Canada, afin de soutenir les décisions d’ingénierie à toutes les phases de l’acquisition et du soutien des matériels. QETE fournit des conseils techniques, des consultations, des évaluations de matériel, des enquêtes, des analyses, des calibrations et des mesures, dans les domaines de l’ingénierie mécanique et des matériaux, de la science appliquée, de l’ingénierie électrique, de la science de la mesure et de l’imagerie.

BILINGUAL PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

On behalf of our public sector client, we are looking for a Bilingual Project Administrator. This is a 3-year contract plus additional 2 years of extension. Onsite role in Gatineau. Secret level of Security Clearance is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QETE provides a wide range of technology-based test and investigative services to the client, to other Government of Canada departments in support of engineering decisions throughout all phases of materiel acquisition and support. QETE provides technical advice, consultation, material evaluation, investigation, analysis, calibration and measurement, in the domains of mechanical and materials engineering, applied science, electrical engineering, measurement science and imagery.

Responsibilities

The Contractor’s resource will perform tasks in support of QETE and its clients including the client and other government of Canada departments. The Contractor’s resource must apply relevant Government of Canada policies and information as defined in applicable documents such as codes, standards, specifications, and procedures These tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monitor the QETE Task Management key positional mailboxes.
  • Assist the QETE Task Coordinator with calendar management.
  • Answer telephone and e-mail queries.
  • Prepare a variety of documents / correspondence for the QETE Technical Authority’s approval.
  • Distribute approved documents / correspondence.
  • Assist in the production of QETE Task Management Team reports.
  • Assist other members of the overarching QETE Chief of Staff Team.
  • Prepare and submit requisitions for translation.
  • Prepare and release weekly Missing Timesheets Report.
  • Assist with the input for timesheets.
  • Prepare and distribute client satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain key records tracking repositories and documents in SharePoint.
  • Manage documents in RDIMS

Must Have:

  • Must have 4 years of experience in the last 5 years providing project management support
  • Must have 2 years of experience in the last 5 years working with Microsoft Office Suite or a minimum of 2 days of formal training in the Microsoft Office Suite followed by a minimum of 1 year in the last 5 years working with Microsoft office suite
  • Must have 2 years of experience in the last 5 years working with Microsoft SharePoint or completion of a minimum of 2 days of formal training in Microsoft SharePoint followed by a minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Must have 2 years of experience working with records management and tracking software within the last 5 years or 2 days of formal training in a records management and tracking software followed by a minimum of 12 months in the last 5 years working with records management and tracking software
  • Must have 1 year of experience in the last 5 years using key supporting project management tools including:
  • Microsoft Power BI (or a similar data visualization tool);
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional (or a similar PDF editing tool); and
  • Microsoft Teams (or a similar web-based collaboration tool).
  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
