OPA Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dedicated team in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, in-office role (not remote), offering a supportive environment where patient care and professional growth are prioritized.
We are a private outpatient psychiatric practice offering counseling and medication management for children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality mental health care in a compassionate and collaborative setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active PMHNP license in Florida
• Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience
• Strong EHR and telehealth proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping others and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications tailored to patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure coordinated care
• Refer patients to additional services as needed
