Our mission: From Precision Medicine to Precision Prevention. Role Overview We are seeking a Public Relations & Executive Assistant (PR/EA) to work directly with the Founder/CEO. This hybrid role blends public relations leadership (building Genomii’s story around digital twins, longevity, and wellness) with executive assistant responsibilities (supporting investor communications, scheduling, and high-level operations). This role is for someone who believes in building the future of health, and is motivated by revenue share, performance bonuses, and equity, not just salary. Key Responsibilities Public Relations & Communications (60%) * Lead storytelling around digital twins, longevity, and women’s health innovation. * Build and manage relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers in health, wellness, beauty, tech, and business media. * Secure coverage in leading outlets (Vogue Beauty, Allure, Women’s Health, MindBodyGreen, TechCrunch, Wired, Forbes, Bloomberg). * Drive influencer collaborations (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with wellness, biohacking, and longevity creators. * Craft press releases, thought leadership articles, media kits, and keynote speeches. * Support the Founder in preparing for TED-style talks, investor panels, and global health conferences. Executive Assistant & Strategic Support (40%) * Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, and key communications. * Draft and manage emails, investor updates, and confidential documents. * Support fundraising campaigns, from PR around funding rounds to investor outreach and follow-ups. * Coordinate internal communications with the Genomii team, advisors, and partners. Qualifications: Strong relationships in both: * Wellness & Beauty Media (Vogue Beauty, Allure, Women’s Health, Byrdie, MindBodyGreen, Longevity.Technology). * Tech & Business Media (TechCrunch, Wired, VentureBeat, MIT Tech Review, Forbes, Bloomberg, Fast Company). * Track record of securing media coverage and managing *influencer/creator campaigns. * Excellent storytelling and writing skills, especially around *digital twins, personalized health, and longevity trends. * Experience supporting fundraising PR (Series A/B announcements, investor storytelling). * Ability to prepare executives for keynotes, interviews, and panels. * Highly organized, discreet, and proactive in managing a fast-paced founder’s workload. * Tools: PR platforms (Cision, MuckRack, Meltwater), Google Suite, Notion, Canva, social scheduling tools. * Language: English required; Chinese bilingual a strong plus. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives +Revenue Share Commission: * 2–4% commission on net new revenue generated from PR-driven partnerships or enterprise deals. * 1–2% commission on influencer/affiliate conversions to paid users. * Media Placement Bonuses: * CAD $500–$1,500 for each tier-1 media placement (Forbes, TechCrunch, Vogue Beauty). * CAD $200–$500 for tier-2 media or influencer campaigns. * Fundraising Bonus: * 0.25%–0.5% success fee bonus (cash or equity) tied to funding rounds they contribute to. *Equity / Options (Long-Term Alignment): * 0.25% – 0.75% equity, 4-year vesting (1-year cliff). *Growth Path: * Opportunity to grow into Head of PR/Comms or Chief of Staff as Genomii scales globally.
