This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown client’s office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develop and maintain test data sets to support various testing scenarios.
o Ensure the availability and integrity of test data throughout the testing lifecycle.
o Collaborate with development and testing teams to identify and resolve test data issues.
o Generate and distribute regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
o Create detailed test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
o Analyze test results and provide insights to improve testing processes and product quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

1. French QA (bilingual) with Functional and Automation experience.
2. Ability to work on Contact Centre Application is a plus.
3. 2+ experience in QA for applications on Functional and Automation testing.
4. Experience in functional testing and proficient in tools like JIRA, ALM, Confluence.
5. Banking experience is good to have.
6. Experience in working in web based and IVR application is a plus.
