Description About the Role RLM Underground is seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations at our Kansas City location. This role is the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partner crews, and requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written & spoken). Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and route incoming calls; provide information as needed Support partner crew onboarding tasks, including assisting Spanish-speaking partner crews with their onboarding documentation Maintain front desk organization and general administrative needs Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office logistics (UPS, FedEx, etc) Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications Provide translation support (English/Spanish) for forms, instructions, and basic correspondence Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Meaningful role supporting both office operations and field teams Please note: We are not engaging external recruiting agencies for this position. Requirements Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — this is a firm requirement Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Proficiency with basic office software (email, calendars, PDFs, etc.) Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (no exceptions) Additional Expectations Demonstrated ability to follow through on assigned tasks without constant oversight; reliability is essential Represent the company with a calm, courteous presence at the front desk RLM Underground is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
