POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on skilled trades roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions aligned with business needs. The role requires fluency in both English and French and is based in Burlington. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Manage the full recruitment cycle for unionized and non-unionized roles, with an emphasis on skilled trades and high-volume hiring * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies * Develop and post job ads, source candidates through multiple channels, and build talent pipelines * Screen and interview candidates, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams * Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication * Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruitment best practices * Manage offers, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements * Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting within the applicant tracking system * Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements as needed QUALIFICATIONS * 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume and/or skilled trades environments * Bilingual in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages * Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience * Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment standards * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills * Experience recruiting in construction, HVAC, industrial, or trades-based industries is a strong asset   We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.  Join our team!
