Job Description Our client is looking for a bilingual recruiter (French and English) who lives in France. The role is fully remote and is a six-month contract. The recruiter will be recruiting for roles such corp, engineering, service sales **Responsibilities:** Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates for corporate, engineering, and service sales positions using various recruitment channels and databases Conduct initial telephone and video interviews in both French and English to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting through candidate placement, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles Post and promote open positions on relevant job boards and professional networks to maximize candidate visibility Screen resumes and applications, identifying top candidates who meet specified qualifications and experience requirements Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to clients, including pipeline status and candidate metrics Ensure compliance with French and international recruitment regulations and best practices throughout the hiring process Qualifications Must live in France Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) Minimum 2-3 years of professional recruitment experience Proven experience recruiting for corporate, engineering, and/or sales positions Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct effective telephone and video interviews Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes Knowledge of French and international employment regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with job boards and professional networking platforms Experience with bilingual recruitment or international hiring Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
