We are seeking an experienced seasonal Recruiter with a strong background in corporate and non-exempt talent acquisition. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates for a variety of corporate and non-exempt positions within our organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position that will sit local to our Louisville, KY headquarters. This is a contract, seasonal opportunity. What you'll do: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and extend job offers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the talent acquisition process. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on non-exempt roles. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of positions. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
