A Recruiting Coordinator needs to have great communication and organizational skills. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Job Postings and Job Boards
  • Coordinating and participating in job fairs and other recruitment functions build which candidate pool for interviews
  • Scheduling and Conducting interviews
  • Helping new hires through onboarding process
  • Monitoring the success rate of all your company’s recruiting campaigns
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION

  • Associate’s degree
    At least 2 - 3 years experience in recruiting and interviewing. Prefers that the candidates have industry experience in Manufacturing, but it is not required.
