Description BILINGUAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR Recovia is seeking a full-time BILINGUAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR for our corporate office in Midtown Phoenix at 337 E. Coronado Rd #201, Phoenix, AZ. 85004. Recovia is an integrated outpatient treatment program to treat the whole person. We provide chronic pain, mental health, and substance use treatment - all under one roof. HOURS: FULL-TIME, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00 to 6:00pm (1 hour for lunch) LOCATION: IN-PERSON, Midtown Phoenix Clinic: 337 E Coronado Rd, Phoenix AZ 85004 (Cross roads are 7th Street and McDowell) PAY: $18.00 - 19.00 HOUR ($19.00/hour max. Based on experience and expectation combined) *This is NOT a work from home position* START DATE ASAP Responsibilities of Bilingual Referral Coordinator: Serves as the primary point of contact for patients and third-party affiliates that are participating in the Recovia program as well as performs a wide range of administrative and clinical duties directly related to clinic. This role oversees patient scheduling, clinical resources, and all administrative duties during program. Requirements 1. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English; 2. Must have 2 years of Medical Office Experience;
Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of contact for patients and third-party affiliates within the Recovia program. Manages patient scheduling, clinical resources, and various administrative duties for the clinic.
