Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Regional Performance Manager (RPM) is responsible for driving operational excellence across Simplicity Car Care’s franchise network. This role ensures franchisees meet performance goals, maintain brand standards, and optimize business processes through Performance-Based Agreements (PBAs) with insurance partners. The RPM oversees Field Conversion Specialists (FCS), manages claims, facilitates training, and implements cost reduction strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee and support franchisee performance to meet operational and insurance partnership goals.
· Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Field Conversion Specialists (FCS).
· Conduct regular audits and implement improvement plans for collision centers.
· Manage training, claims processes, and cost-reduction strategies.
· Ensure compliance with Simplicity Car Care’s brand and insurer standards.
· Oversee supply chain partnerships and vendor management.
· Resolve insurance, client, and franchisee concerns.
· Track financial and operational performance across corporate stores.
· Lead performance reviews, strategy meetings, and network-wide improvement initiatives.
