Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — non-negotiable. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and client-service oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience a plus. High integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive client information. Preferred: Prior experience within an RIA or wealth management firm. 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or client-facing professional environment. Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, or Pershing platforms. Exposure to CRM systems such as Wealthbox, and Jump AI. Interest in pursuing additional licensing or financial planning education (CFP®, etc.).
