We offer a competitive base salary with commission based on sales conversions. This position is eligible for a Sign On Bonus of $1,500!! This bonus is paid out after 60 days of successful employment. A Day in the Life You’ll head into neighborhoods we’ve already served—homes where the groundwork has been laid. Some residents know us. Others remember us. Your job is to help them take the next step. You’ll knock, follow up, answer questions, and turn interest into action. Your evenings are active, your conversations purposeful, and your wins earned. Requirements What We’re Looking For: To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Fluenty speaks both English and Spanish 1+ years of sales experience Valid driver’s license with no restrictions Availability to travel and work 4+ days/week in the field, with afternoon/evening focus Physical ability to walk several miles per day and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Self-discipline and independence—you can manage your time and territory effectively
