You’ll provide excellent customer service, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and employees alike. What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Retail Lead Promote a “Safety First” and “Environmental Stewardship” culture Lead by example, demonstrating our four core values – Respect, Help, Learn & Grow Supervise and motivate retail team members to meet daily goals Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the store Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers Communicate sales and marketing initiatives to the team Manage office administration, including phones, cash drawers, paperwork, and supplies Support training, development, and onboarding of new employees Maintain vendor and supplier relationships Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and SOPs Work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed Perform retail-related tasks as directed Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
