JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right wireless products and services to meet their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, with a strong preference for experience at Virgin Plus Mobile or Bell Mobile.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
