Your Role: As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out. Here’s what you need to be successful in this role: 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment) Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Your Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 8-hour shift, weekdays, and most Saturdays.
