Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager: Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Union County Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
