QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

    We are seeking an experienced, French-English Bilingual Recruiter to support our hiring needs, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring across Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple requisitions, sourcing qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to quickly meet headcount goals in a fast-paced environment. Roles would include Sales, Commercial Drivers, branch staff, and other positions as they become available.
    Location: Remote
    Pay: $28/hr to $35/hr
    Contract Duration: 90 days with potential for extension or conversion to full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of generalist recruiting experience, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or staffing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting CDL drivers.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Avature, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams or remote recruiting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Canadian positions with an avg. req load of 15-20 between salaried and hourly roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and business goals.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal hiring policies for CDL drivers.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and progress toward hiring goals.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
