We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control is advantageous

  Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

• Assist customers in locating products and provide information on product features
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Supervise and train new sales team members as needed
