As a Bilingual Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales department
  • Entering purchase orders and sales orders into SAP with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams in both English and French
  • Running and analyzing sales reports and providing data insights to support decision-making
  • Managing communication with clients and resolving order-related inquiries
  • Supporting the sales team with pricing updates, product availability, and customer documentation
  1. What Do You Bring?
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required
  • 1–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
  • Previous experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
