WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company highly preferred), but other relevant sales or transferrable experience welcomed.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 levels or higher) is required.
  • Must be based in EMEA (Germany, UK, etc) region to service our clientele and the timezone.
  • Proven ability to adapt to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
  • You are highly results-oriented and relentlessly driven. You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines and thrive in a high-pressure, competitive, and goal-focused environment
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or any other CRM is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills. You are professional, clear, concise, and have been known to be a compelling story-teller both verbally and in writing.
  • A positive attitude – you’re a collaborative team player who listens attentively, applies instructions effectively, and demonstrates resilience when facing challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.
Responsibilities

ABOUT OUR ROLE

Become a pivotal Sales Development Representative (xDR) with us, stepping into the role of a trusted Go-to-Market Advisor for our clients’ sales teams. Your mission: secure new logos and customers through strategic cold calling, relationship building, and crafting effective sales campaigns. Melding your sales prowess with our proven methods, you’ll complete our intensive 2 Week Certification Program upon hire, swiftly transitioning to being on the phones, building pipelines and proving your readiness to fully service our clients within your first 30 days.
Proficiency in omni-channel outreach is paramount, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele by mastering various communication channels for comprehensive service delivery across all demographics.

MAIN FOCUSES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow and build pipeline through cold prospecting calls and emails.
  • Partner with your account executive team to help generate meetings.
  • Attend prospect meetings with your sales team and take notes.
  • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists.
  • Conduct high-level professional conversations and written correspondence with executives in prospect accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities on a consistent basis.
  • Minimum 4 hours/day of outbound prospecting leveraging our automated dialing technology (ADT).
