OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist (Spanish & English) to join the Global Growth Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in equipping our sales team with the tools, content, and training needed to drive revenue and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales effectiveness. This role will directly support our Latin American Market, in addition to our other global markets, which is why we are seeking a bilingual candidate.

Key Responsibilities

SUCCESS PROFILE

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies. Preferred qualifications are also noted.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency working within CRM technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
  • Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Learning preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as CRM systems, content management platforms, and learning management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role, with a preference for experience in Sales/Marketing.
  • Professional fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Travel Requirements: Minimal, targeting 1-2 times per year for global/team meetings.
Work Location: This is a remote role in the US.
Compensation: $66,000 - $70,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
