Our Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an exuberant sales team, while simultaneously promoting the company’s products and services.
Whilst building relationships with new and existing accounts, your main focus will be to help Baily International’s salesforce to achieve sales and profit goals established by the company.
This position sometimes requires working non-traditional hours (evening, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet customers’ needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of sales experience , preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts
  • Adept PC skills and proficiency with MS Microsoft
  • The ability to mentor, motivate and guide a sales team
  • Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)
  • Must sign Baily International non-compete agreement
  • Ability to read, write, speak English- (bilingual Mandarin speaking is a plus)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set, establish and monitor clear sales goals for sales team to achieve on a monthly basis
  • Motivate and guide the sales team by providing direction, support and coaching to assist in their development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies which includes creating sales plans to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Monitor sales team performance and recommend and/or implement changes to improve work productivity based on goals and objectives
  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
  • Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with Company account stratification goals-assign accordingly, and follow up by reviewing designated performance goals.
  • Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet needs throughout the sales team.
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.
  • Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
