What can you expect from your work at Afni? This position is for auto insurance sales, so you will be handling Spanish-language mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase auto insurance. You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
