QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 10 years of farming-related sales experience is required. This includes experience selling products or services directly to farmers and/or farmer-centric retailers within the agricultural industry, preferably with experience in the Maritimes and/or Quebec.
• Bilingual in French and English, with fluency in both spoken and written languages
• Post-secondary education (University or College)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid sales environment, including experience with in-person sales, giving presentations, and negotiating deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with a strong ability to communicate effectively through various digital channels and in person, all with the goal of building rapport and establishing long-term relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, as well as during travel
• Experience with or the ability to learn and effectively use CRM and ERP systems to manage client interactions and order processing is required.
• Ability to maintain a professional home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $70,000.00 per year
