Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring French-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident making 80–100 outbound calls per day. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving awareness and generating qualified leads for growing international businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals looking to break into tech sales or accelerate their career with consistent, high-volume outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospects in French-speaking regions. Handle high daily call volumes (80–100+) with professionalism and persistence. Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and pain points. Book discovery calls and hand off opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and booking targets. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call centre environments preferred. Strong communication and objection-handling skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven role.
