By collaborating with universities and graduate programs, Wellness Together provides cost-effective "turn-key" social-emotional interventions on school campuses across California. Schedule: Work Hours: Part-time, Monday–Friday during school hours Location: On-campus at assigned school site(s) What You'll Do: As a Mental Health Specialist, you will: Provide individual and group counseling to students Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources Facilitate mental health workshops for students, staff, and families Maintain documentation aligned with HIPAA & FERPA guidelines What You Bring: Currently enrolled in a graduate program (practicum/internship placement required) 1-2 years of experience in mental health (preferred) Familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT) Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in a second language is a plus!
