POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dependable and professional Bilingual Unarmed Security Officer to become part of our team in the Coral Gables area. The successful applicant will bring experience in both security operations and customer relations, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, friendly, and secure atmosphere for guests, staff, and residents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish; bilingual capability is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service or security-related position.
• Possession of a valid Florida Class D Security License (required).
• Must hold a current Florida Driver’s License.

• Maintain a noticeable presence and observe the property for irregular or suspicious behavior.
• Provide outstanding guest support while adhering to site-specific safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections and patrols of designated zones to discourage risks and spot any potential safety concerns.
• React quickly and effectively to emergencies, including fire, medical, or other critical events.
• Support the control of pedestrian flow, manage access points, and assist with traffic or parking logistics as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents and daily activities.
• Uphold facility rules and ensure the environment remains secure and well-regulated.
• Act as a courteous and professional point of contact between visitors and property management.
