The Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst will oversee the financial operations of multiple branches, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records. This role involves preparing weekly and ad hoc operational reports, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to operational management for improved decision-making.

• Provide financial oversight of multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc operational reports for leadership review.
• Monitor and review operational processes, offering feedback and guidance to operations teams.
• Conduct analysis to assist operational management in understanding results and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarter-end, and annual financial statements for sites and legal entities.
• Conduct monthly reviews of financial results with operational and financial leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate for consistency across locations.
• Lead the annual business planning process for responsible branches.
• Provide accounting guidance and consult with management on potential concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues for knowledge sharing and consistency among sites.
• Work closely with Financial Accountants to integrate operational results.
• Support year-end audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with Quebec entities.
