Description Bilingual Senior Loan Processor| Location: 11149 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx 78759|Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-4:30PM Are you an experienced loan processor who thrives in a member-focused environment? Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Senior Loan Processor to join our lending team. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of consumer lending, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping members achieve their financial goals. What you'll do Processing loan applications, credit reports, and supporting documentation Assisting members in person and by phone with loan inquiries, closings, and services Handling loan fundings, advances on lines of credit and Visa cards, and lien/title releases Auditing completed loan files for accuracy and completeness Providing overrides and account assistance to staff Mentoring and training team members in the absence of management Supporting other departments and leadership as needed What You Bring High school diploma required Minimum 3 years of consumer lending experience in a financial institution Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Full understanding of lending policies and systems Ability to work independently and resolve complex member issues Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel What We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, plus optional coverage for critical illness, legal support, and more.
