Position Title: Senior Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager, Americas Region Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Hybrid role with ability to be in office 2-3 times per week. Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, part of Mexico city metro This role is ideal for a leader with strong customer care and order management experience within a supply chain organization, who enjoys balancing team leadership with hands-on operational execution. Reports to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain with dotted line reporting to the Americas VP of Sales. A Day in the Life The Sr. Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager will be responsible for supply chain and logistics functions including: Customer Care Material procurement Production planning Inventory control Logistics and distribution They must ensure the best customer experience to external and internal customers while operating within company guidelines and ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely, comprehensive manner. These duties include: Managing and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order entry, order status communication, issue resolution, and invoicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Leading the transactional customer care and order management operations, including order entry, order status communication issue resolution, and invoicing. Creating integrated processes across internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside customers and suppliers Planning and analyzing activities related to inventory, production planning, and logistics to support service and cost objectives Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and material control systems to improve service levels, responsiveness, and operational efficiency Leading and developing a team, with a focus on performance, accountability and engagement Must Have Proven experience leading customer care, order management, or order-to-cash functions in a hands-on, customer-facing supply chain environment Strong ownership of service delivery and customer service experience Experience with several aspects of supply chain (logistics, planning, material management) with Customer Care Experience a MUST Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership English and Spanish fluency Ability to travel to and from the US and Latin Americas Countries Extensive ERP Experience (SAP preferred) A bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of managerial experience Nice to Have Master's or an advanced degree Experience in Medical Device Industry Experience with EDI and SAP S4 Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners. Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word). Why Work with Us?
