BILINGUAL SERVICE COORDINATOR/CASE MANAGER - EARLY INTERVENTION (CHILDREN BIRTH-3)

Developmental Disabilities Resource Center of Lakewood, CO is seeking to hire a full-time Bilingual Service Coordinator/Case Manager - Early Intervention (Children Birth-3) to provide resource coordination to children (birth-3). Work will primarily be remote with some travel around Jefferson County.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE COORDINATOR/CASE MANAGER - EARLY INTERVENTION (CHILDREN BIRTH-3)

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work or related degree in Human Services preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or appropriate combination of education and experience required for applicants without a degree.
• Case Management and experience working within the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Early Childhood or related systems strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English. Spanish/English interpretation and translation experience required.
