Own Integration Strategy: Define APIs, middleware, and data exchange patterns with system integrators. Bridge Business & Technology: Turn HR requirements into actionable technical blueprints. Lead Technical Delivery: Guide teams through the entire lifecycle - design, build, test, and deployment. Champion Data Integrity & Security: Collaborate on safeguarding sensitive employee data. Future-Proof Systems: Evaluate configurations to ensure the ecosystem evolves continuously. Requirements 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles with HR system exposure. Bilingual in English and French. Hands-on integration experience with SAP platforms. Proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (SAP BTP IS, Boomi), and ETL. Strong knowledge of HR processes including employee lifecycle and payroll calculations. Familiarity with data protection standards and payroll regulations.
