  44 Paid Days Off Each Year!!!   Job Duties: * Practice of medicine within the scope of license, training, credentialing and in accordance with the current standards of care and quality criteria adopted by PrimeCare. * See patients in PrimeCare clinics during office hours.  This is a full-spectrum family medicine practice that serves all ages and conditions.    * Participates in and provides after-hours call coverage as assigned. * Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. * Order, perform and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients’ condition. * Complete charting on an electronic health record (Athena) and required paperwork in a timely manner.    * Participate in health center and provider meetings.   Education/Licensure/Certifications: * Graduate of accredited educational program with a master’s degree in nursing or doctorate degree in nursing or physician assistant degree. * Board certification in specialty must be kept current. * Unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA within the State of Illinois, Illinois Controlled Substance license,a nd federal DEA license. * Current provider-level CPR. ***Must be bilingual in Spanish/English*** Benefits * Eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment or State Loan Repayment programs * 27 days of PTO each year, accrued each pay period * 3 personal days * 1 floating holiday * 8 paid holidays * $3,000 annual CME allowance and 5 day of CME time * FTCA Coverage (no external malpractice or tail coverage required) * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage available the 1st of the month following 30 days * Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage * Discretionary 403(b) match and profit sharing after meeting service requirements * Flexible spending accounts * Accident & critical illness coverage * Pet insurance Salary All wages are based on relevant years of experience and time since completing an Advanced Practice Clinician program.  The minimum rate is the wage that a new Advanced Practice Clinician will earn.  If interested in part-time employment, the salary range will be adjusted accordingly.
