About the Bilingual Evening Coordinator Position
The Bilingual Evening Coordinator is a full-time position and reports to the Program Manager. The Coordinator is responsible for assisting Program Manager in the overall Organization and ongoing development of an assigned residential setting during the second shift. Coordinator monitors the interactions of staff and youth to ensure appropriate service delivery in a safe and nurturing environment. Coordinator monitors the job site, intervenes in crisis situations and supervises personnel.

The Long-Term Group Home (LTGH) is one of Maryville’s contributions to the safety and well-being of children globally. Boys and girls displaced by war, violence, abuse or chronic poverty find a home at Maryville when there is no family member to care for them. Maryville’s group homes for boys and girls ages 12 through 17 offer a trauma-informed environment that permits New Americans to develop their skills and talents in a community of support and safety.
