Bilingual HR Generalist Opportunity Awaits! Step into a dynamic role as a temporary Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist, providing essential support during a maternity leave! This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced environment, handling everything from recruitment and employee relations to training and compliance. We’re seeking a seasoned HR professional with 3+ years of experience, ready to hit the ground running for a 5+ month assignment. Job Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: o Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. o Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. o Manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and employment verifications. • Employee Relations & Investigations: o Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. o Conduct and document employee relations investigations, including workplace conflicts, harassment claims, and policy violations. o Assist in conflict resolution and recommend appropriate corrective actions. • Training & Compliance: o Develop and deliver training sessions on company policies, workplace safety, and compliance. o Ensure employees are up to date with required certifications and training programs. o Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and workers’ compensation. • HR Administration & Support: o Assist with payroll-related HR inquiries and timekeeping records. o Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. o Help with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries. o Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on HR best practices. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Spanish. • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle employee concerns professionally. • Preferred: Experience in logistics/warehousing or a similar fast-paced environment. This is more than just a temporary gig – impress us, and a long-term opportunity could be yours! Join us Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with 1-2 short Saturday shifts per month.
