Description Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Device Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and managing mobile devices, as well as strong problem-solving skills to assist with support tickets. This role involves working closely with other IT staff and end-users to ensure smooth operation of mobile devices across the organization. Device Configuration and Support: Configure and manage mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) for employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards. Set up and maintain device profiles, including email, Wi-Fi, and app configurations. Support and Troubleshooting: Assist with support tickets. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide training and guidance to users on device usage and troubleshooting. Familiar with and able to assist with Knowify and Quickbooks Pro. Device Repair: Perform basic hardware and software repairs on mobile devices. Replace faulty components such as screens, buttons, and internal parts. Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues. Coordinate with third-party repair services for more complex issues. Other: Coordinates logistics for project activities (ex. Meetings, new employees) Assist with orders or deliveries of products and resources from vendors. Assist in training company-wide for proper use of all technology. Resolve IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding mobile issues. Requirements Skills and Abilities Proficient in mobile device management tools (e.g., MaaS360, Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch). Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems. Experience with mobile application management (MAM) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform basic hardware and software repairs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Physical Abilities: Requires sitting for extended periods of time, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, and occasionally lifting and or moving objects up to 25 pounds.
